| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Ckeckout"and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. | Shipping And Handling All orders within the United Kingdom are sent 2nd class, postage-free. Orders from overseas are charged at cost. The appropriate charge will be added to your order at the checkout. |
| Delivery Schedule Shipping is within 3-5 business days for most labels. Some take a little longer, however almost all orders are shipped within 10 business days. Very occasionally the label may be out of stock. In such circumstances we are notified immediately and will, of course, contact you by email advising the likely period of delay and giving you the option to cancel your order should you not wish to wait. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place an order for you. Almost all orders are received at Castle Classics and dispatched within 5 days. |
| Tax Charges The prices shown are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5% which we have to charge to our customers in the UK and the European Union. Customers outwith these territories will have the VAT deducted at the Checkout. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

| Returns Policy Faulty Discs We are happy to accept the return of any disc if it is faulty. Before returning a disc to Castle Classics, we would ask you to play the disc on another player before you return it to ensure that the disc is genuinely faulty.Returning Faulty Discs.Please provide details of the fault and where exactly on the disc the fault can be found. (A note of the track number would be very helpful.) Please just return the faulty disc to us, (not the packaging) and we will replace it with a new disc. However, we would ask you to note that all record companies require that we check the disc on our own players before returning it to them, so please make sure that the disc will not play in at least two players before returning it to Castle Classics.Postage ChargesWe will refund 2nd class postage charges if you have to return a disc because it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. For overseas returns, we will refund the standard air mail rate.Discs that are Ordered in ErrorPlease return the disc detailing the reason for returning it, along with your order number. We are unable to refund postage costs if you have ordered a disc in error. In addition, whilst we do not make a separate charge for postage and packing costs, we will deduct £1 from the refund to reflect these costs.Cancelling Your OrderThe United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations stipulate that you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery. (Obviously, if you decide to do this, we would like your disc to be returned!) We would ask you to note, however, that we are unable to accept the return of any discs that have been removed from the cellophane packaging and/or have been played. Our returns policy does not in any way affect your statutory rights. |
