The ensemble Santeny was formed in 2004 and consists of four talented performers/musicians, Julia Schmidt (vocals-organetto) Szilard Chereji (fiddle) Elodie Wiemar (Flute-recorder) Ori Harmelin (lute). This recording was made live in concert and the programme displays various aspects of the secular music of the 14th and 15th centuries. The instruments played are replicas of historical instruments.
